Business Trip
현주: Dong-Yup, I need you to go to England on a business trip sometime next week. There will be a computer show. You need to go there and write a report on new
computer models.
동엽: When should I leave?
현주: Around Tuesday or Wednesday since the show starts on Friday. I heard it will be held in London.
동엽: I understand. How long will it last?
현주: For a week, but you will just be there for two days. You don't have to stay there for the whole week. Anyway, you'd better book a flight and a hotel quick. I heard over 10,000 people will be at this show, so you'd better hurry.
동엽: I see.
(The next day)
현주: How's it going with preparing for your business trip?
동엽: I'm almost done. I listed the companies attending the show and got files on all of them.
현주: Then, what will be your focus?
동엽: I'll look for companies manufacturing products that are needed in the Korean market. I think there might be some products we could bring over to Korea.
출장
현주: 동엽 씨, 다음 주 중에 영국에 출장 좀 다녀 오셔야 겠는데요. 거기서 컴퓨터 전시회가 열리잖아요. 그걸 보고 오셔서 새로운 컴퓨터 모델에 대해서 보고를 해 주셔야 하거든요.
동엽: 언제쯤 가야 돼요?
현주: 전시회가 금요일이니까, 다음 주 화요일이나 수요일쯤 요. 런던에서 열린대요.
동엽: 알겠습니다. 얼마 동안 전시를 하는 거죠?
현주: 일주일 동안인데, 그냥 이틀만 둘러 보시고 오도록 하세요. 일주일 동안 있지 않아도 될 거 같으니까. 아무튼 빨리 비행기 예약하고 호텔 잡도록 하세요. 만 명이 넘는 사람이 참가 한 다니까 서두르는 게 좋을 것 같아요.
동엽: 알겠습니다.
(다음 날)
현주: 출장 준비는 다 되어가요?
동엽: 거의 다 됐어요. 전시회에 참가할 회사들의 목록을 작성했구요, 그 회사들에 관한 서류들도 준비했습니다.
현주:그럼 전시회는 어디에 중점을 두고 보실 건가요?
동엽: 국내에 시장성이 있을 회사들의 제품을 중심으로 살펴볼 것입니다. 몇 개는 들여 올 만한 것 같습니다.
